This is a draft version of a chapter that will come out soon in a wonderful edited collection: Lena Hornkohl and Dionysios Pelekis (eds) Empowering Growth: State Aid and Industrial Policy in the European Union, Kluwer’s International Competition Law Series.
What I do in this chapter is to collect few thoughts on how the notion of conflict does manifest itself in EU State aid law. It was fun to think about it and write it. Comments welcome!
